Understand and address business needs/issues of respective clients. Assist in proposal development with senior colleagues as needed. Work with other senior team members on thought leadership pieces, sales materials, and public-facing insights for marketing and business development. Manage multiple survey-based market research projects at once, within timeline and budgets, including working closely with colleagues in our Operations groups to oversee all components of projects. Design questionnaires and plan analyses. Analyze data and draw conclusions; prepare reports and presentations; make recommendations based on the insights that address the client’s business needs. Manage overall project profitability. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation. Coaching junior staff to develop their project management and research skills. Requirements 5+ years relevant experience (supplier side market research preferred). Requires strong quantitative, research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to turn data into insights through analysis and storytelling. Ability to oversee and direct multiple projects. Must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial (i.E., ability to think independently).

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to review the work of others for grammar, formatting, and voice. Bachelor’s Degree required – market research, marketing, and/or business coursework/programs are an asset.
