As a Risk Manager within the Business Risk Office, you will work with extended teams across the enterprise to identify and consult on potential risks to Capital One.In this role you will be facilitating risk and control assessments across the business on processes, products and new initiatives. You will partner with business teams to capture risks,

Draw linkages to other business units and leverage a strong knowledge of precedent within assessments.4. Support risk owners as they develop mitigation commitments that directly address the root causes and impacts of a risk.5. Leverage business forums and practices outside of risk programs to drive effective monitoring of risks.6. Maintain knowledge of enterprise Standards and ensure risk assessments are designed to and are delivering on those expectations.7.



Translate complex changes in the internal and external environments into impacts for business partners in a clear, easy and concise manner.8.
