Director, Business Systems As the Director of Business Systems, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of the company's internal systems and data architecture. In this role, you will define and execute a roadmap for core business applications across various departments, such as Finance, RevOps, HR, and Customer Operations.

Your work will directly contribute to scaling the business by enabling automation, improving data governance, and driving data-based decision-making. This strategic leadership position will require you to oversee system integrations, enhance operational processes, and ensure that data flows seamlessly across the organization to support business goals. Lead the strategy and execution of the enterprise systems roadmap, focusing on ERP, CRM, HCM, CPQ, and other key platforms

Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and integrations, driving scalability across systems

Build and manage a team of systems analysts, data engineers, and technical specialists while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems and data management within a SaaS or tech-driven company

Proven ability to define and implement systems strategy and data architecture in a high-growth or transformation setting
