This organization has a very entrepreneurial, collaborative, dynamic, and down-to-earth corporate culture. VP Finance , reporting to Ownership. The primary focus for the new VP Finance will of course be Accounting & Finance, and they will also leadother corporate services (i.e.

HR, IT), including overseeing outsourced consultants. The VP Finance will manage the day-to-day output of their accounting team and also contribute a great deal to the strategic direction of the company. Specific responsibilities include cashflow management, budgeting & forecasting, ad hoc and routine management reporting, process improvements, and ongoing system optimization.

We are seeking a well-rounded business leader with excellent communication skills and relationship building capabilities. The new VP Finance will be personable, entrepreneurial, down-to-earth, confident, resilient, and adaptable.



The VP Finance will be someone who can be the only “accounting & finance person” sitting in the Boardroom and be able to contribute strategically to the business planning.

Foundational experience in a public practice accounting firm is required (midsize CPA firm or large multinational accounting firm). Approximately 10 to 15 years of relevant and progressive work experience.

Experience in a similar finance leadership capacity. Sector- Preference for experience in a company making and moving product and/or in an industrial business.

Base salary commensurate with years of relevant work experience, qualifications, and skills. 150,000 to $175,000 , plus a performance-based bonus, benefits, paid time off, etc. The VP Finance will work from the office an average of 4 days/week, collaborating in-person with their team and with the Owners.
