Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate a range of complex agreements
• Provide actionable legal solutions for time-sensitive projects




• Analyze and address legal risks across projects
• Foster collaboration within the Legal team
• Mentor junior lawyers and develop internal knowledge
Requirements:
• Law Degree with Ontario Law Society membership
• 2-5 years of legal practice experience
• Familiarity with financial services and digital products
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical and management skills
