Strategic HR Leadership

- Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding, and support workforce planning, for all clinic roles
- Oversee performance management processes, leadership development, and coaching for the management team
- Develop and maintain HR tools, policies, compliance, and the Employee Handbook in alignment with Saskatchewan legislation
- Oversee SVMA CE tracking and licence verification for regulated staff
- Lead engagement surveys, retention strategies, and culture building initiatives

Scheduling, Payroll & Administrative Systems





- Build and manage staff schedules across all departments to ensure operational coverage
- Administer payroll, perks, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee administrative systems and internal communications, and support vendor relationships
- Support development and implementation of operational systems (e.g., inventory management) in partnership with the Director of Operations

Cross Functional Leadership & Operational Continuity

- Serve as the cross trained backup for designated financial and building operations functions requiring sign off
- Act as the people lead when the Manager, Clinical Floor is away
- Provide performance management and coaching for the Manager, Clinical Floor
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure unified leadership, aligned decision making, and cohesive management practices
