Director of Business Operations serves as a senior strategic partner to the CEO , responsible for driving organizational alignment,



managing cross‑functional initiatives, and ensuring the executive’s priorities are executed effectively.

Strategic

Planning & Execution strategic planning Monitor organizational performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Provide the CEO with data‑driven insights, briefing materials, and decision frameworks. Prepare executive‑level presentations, board materials, and strategic memos.

Lead or oversee special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Draft executive communications, speeches, and organizational updates. Manage stakeholder relationships with partners, investors, and senior leaders.

Oversee the rhythm of the business: leadership meetings, offsites, quarterly reviews. Support culture‑building initiatives and employee engagement programs. Manage crisis response, sensitive negotiations, and executive‑level conflict resolution. Bachelor’s degree & master’s degree (MBA) is required.

Experience working directly with senior executives.

Background in Startups, SaaS, or service‑based businesses. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Notion, Salesforce, or BI platforms.
