With over 15 years of aerospace industry experience, you will lead and align organizational transformation initiatives, manage a diverse project portfolio, and ensure planning schedules meet production objectives. Your oversight will support critical business priorities while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate the transformation roadmap for Planning & Methods
- Align planning schedules to enhance decision-making processes




- Manage multi-site project portfolios including budget and workforce planning
- Foster collaboration across Operations, Sales, and Finance teams
- Ensure governance of the Planning & Methods function

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; MBA is an asset
- 15+ years in aerospace or complex manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience in transformation initiatives
- Robust leadership and strategic execution skills
