As the Director of Clinical Hygiene & Patient Experience, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership within the Anytime Dental network.

Your expertise will support clinical excellence, shape hygiene standards, and drive initiatives that improve patient outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a passion for mentoring and a strong background in dental hygiene and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor Registered Dental Hygienists across clinics
- Champion exceptional patient care and experiences
- Develop clinical best practices and hygiene standards




- Support ongoing education and onboarding for recent hygienists
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance hygiene teams

Requirements:

- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing in Ontario
- 10+ years of experience in dental hygiene
- 5+ years in clinical leadership or mentorship
- Experience with Invisalign and iTero scanner is a plus
- Strong communication and project management skills
