This role seeks an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to refine and execute a world-class donor engagement strategy. You will collaborate across teams to develop meaningful donor relationships and achieve stewardship and fundraising goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and enhance donor experience strategies
- Develop KPIs and metrics for donor satisfaction
- Analyze data for effective stewardship strategies
- Support the Stewardship Council's reporting needs
- Build relationships with key philanthropic partners

Requirements:

- 7+ years in non-profit fundraising, preferably healthcare
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge
- High integrity in handling sensitive information
