The Director of Facilities & Real Estate reports to the Chief Financial Officer, guiding campus operations across Yorkville University and Toronto Film School. You will handle real estate projects, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will foster a positive work setting while keeping all facilities operating efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage real estate projects and oversee contract resources
- Oversee owned and leased properties, including lease negotiations

Requirements:

- 10+ years in real estate and/or construction management
