Role: The Director, Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of the company’s consolidated financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.

- Manage the IFRS month/quarter‑end close process, including MD&A; and related note disclosures
- Ensure SOX requirements are met and internal control processes are in place
- Assisting VP FP&A; with forecasting and budgeting
- Responsible for managing the payroll team
- Manage the intercompany accounting process among multiple entities
- Support the audit (internal and external) audit processes
- Supporting financial M&A; integration team
- Ad‑hoc requests.
