Lead impactful operations for residential and market rentals with Atira Women’s Resource Society in Vancouver. This full-time position emphasizes feminist principles and requires strong leadership in a supportive housing environment. In this Director role, you'll oversee supportive housing and market rental operations, working closely with the Executive Director.

Your leadership will guide Property Operations Leads, Program Managers, and front-line staff to ensure feminist and anti-oppressive service delivery. You'll manage budgets, performance metrics, compliance, and program development, aligning them with Atira’s mission of social change. Key Responsibilities:
