Centre of Innovation (OCI) seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead initiatives vital for growth and sustainability. This role works closely with the Executive Team to establish long-term strategies while engaging in meaningful collaborations. Candidates should possess experience in fostering relationships across sectors, including government, academia, and industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach internal and external staff for optimal performance
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key organizations




- Negotiate agreements and generate impactful outcomes
- Report key performance indicators to executives
- Participate in business associations to expand OCI's network Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education, such as Engineering or Business
- Proven experience in building partnerships
- Familiarity with public sector funding and networks
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
