Lead the People and Culture strategy at Healthcare & Municipal Employees' Credit Union. This role focuses on workforce planning, leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement in a hybrid work environment. As the Director, you will collaborate with the President & CEO to shape HMECU’s People and Culture initiatives.

Your strategic leadership will drive effective delivery of HR programs, foster a positive workplace culture, and support organizational modernization. This position requires a strong background in talent management and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives
- Oversee full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Lead collective bargaining and manage employee relations
- Utilize metrics to improve HR program effectiveness Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated labour relations experience
