Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with care team for person-centered approaches
• Maintain care plans and frequent assessments
• Administer medications and treatments responsibly
• Educate residents and relatives about health care
• Delegate tasks to enhance team service delivery
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Preferred experience in long-term or senior care
• Excellent time management and coordination skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Complete a current Vulnerable Sector Check
