We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

- Efficiently wash, scrub, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, sinks, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or assembling simple dishes under supervision
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by managing dish flow and ensuring timely availability of clean items
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain an organized workspace




- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working setting for everyone

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
- Hospitality or food service experience will be considered a plus
