- Support the food service team by clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and prep areas
- Follow proper food safety protocols during all stages of dishwashing and food handling processes
- Help with trash disposal and recycling to maintain a tidy kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times




- Monitor water temperatures and cleaning supplies to ensure optimal sanitation practices are followed

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and bending
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Familiarity with cooking, meal preparation, or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic culinary team
