Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our busy restaurant team. Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen stocked and ready for use.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as meal assembly and food handling under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Support the food service team by organizing supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.
- Help with meal prep activities when needed,



including basic food prep tasks like chopping or portioning ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
- Willingness to learn recent skills related to kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
