Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients under supervision
- Support the kitchen staff by organizing supplies and ensuring proper storage of food items
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Help with meal assembly or serving when needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Restock dishware, utensils,



and cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for daily service

Skills

- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling practices
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
