Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

- First priority is cleaning the Dishes
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist in food preparation tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Support the serving staff by providing timely assistance during peak service times
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen




- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels

Skills

- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards
- Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a sanitary work environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
