Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep, assembling dishes, or portioning ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen staff by maintaining a tidy work area, including sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and cleaning surfaces regularly.
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Help with restocking supplies and organizing storage areas to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service hours.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely dishwashing and overall kitchen cleanliness during shifts.
- Support meal service by assisting with serving or delivering food when needed, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Experience

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
