- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas regularly
- Manage waste disposal efficiently, ensuring proper separation of recyclables and trash
- Support the food handling process by adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining hygiene standards




- Restock supplies and ensure all dishware and utensils are available for staff use
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with basic cooking, meal preparation, or food handling techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
