Dishwasher / Service Support — No.8 Restaurant

Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week | $19/hour + Share of Gratuities

No.8 Restaurant is looking for a reliable and hard-working Dishwasher / Service Support team member to join our restaurant.

This is an significant support role that works across both the kitchen and service team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace while being willing to assist wherever needed throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

- Washing and properly storing dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness of floors, work areas, garbage, and recycling stations
- Assisting with general kitchen and restaurant cleaning duties
- Supporting the front-of-house team during service when required
- Assisting with resetting, polishing, organization, and general service support
- Helping with basic kitchen prep or organizational tasks when needed
- Maintaining clean and organized storage and service areas
- Following proper food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Working closely with both the kitchen and service teams to help ensure smooth daily operations

- Ability to safely lift and carry typical restaurant equipment and supplies

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $19 per hour

Gratuities: Additional share of the restaurant gratuity pool, which is distributed amongst staff

Schedule: Four days per week
