Compensation: $40–$50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Review and evaluate educational materials for clarity, coherence, and instructional alignment.
- Identify how educational concepts are introduced, scaffolded, and reinforced across learning sequences.
- Assess pedagogical effectiveness and provide structured feedback grounded in learning theory.
- Draft clear, well‑organized explanations and analyses informed by instructional design principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid experience in teaching, curriculum design, or learning development (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with key education theories such as motivation, cognitive development, and scaffolding.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to pedagogical structure, flow, and clarity.
