We’re looking for a sharp, organized Sales Support Coordinator to join us full-time in Chilliwack and be the operational engine behind multiple outside sales reps serving customers from the Rockies to Washington State.WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport multiple outside sales reps — processing orders, preparing sales documentation, and keeping deals moving.Coordinate international freight and communicate directly with overseas suppliers, including Euro tracking.Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing across western Canada and Washington State.Request quotes and prepare purchase orders for non-stock and project-specific items.Track materials, labour,



and subcontractors across assigned projects.Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.Uphold Delta Water Products’ safety standards and contribute to a well-organized workplace.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORAdvanced Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency — requiredMicrosoft Dynamics experience — a strong assetStrong communicator — written and verbalDetail-oriented — ability to juggle competing prioritiesLogistics or freight coordination experience — an assetCuriosity about irrigation technology and industry practicesExperience in agricultural supply, wholesale or retail distribution is a plus.
