Flex Academy in Kelowna, BC, is recruiting Education Assistants – Developmental Support for the 2026-27 school year. Roles are in office, full-time or part-time, providing one-on-one support to students with high/complex needs.

Duties include supporting social, emotional, and academic development, personal care, mobility, and classroom participation. Applicants should have education-related experience, preferably with a Certified Educational Assistant credential, and be proficient in Microsoft
