Job Duties

- Lead and support crew members during daily operations.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assign tasks and monitor workflow to keep operations running efficiently.
- Train and mentor new team members on food preparation, safety, and customer service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and assist with resolving issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Toasting Bread
- Assembling Ingredients. Cooking Toppings & Eggs
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers.
- Cashier & Packaging
- Cleaning and Prep




- Open and/or close the store following company procedures.

Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service environment is considered an asset.

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Leadership or team lead experience is an asset.
- Food handling certification is an asset.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to make decisions during shifts.
