The Corrections Officer will work various shifts and is responsible for maintaining security, safety, good order and care of adult inmates by providing orientation, direction, guidance and programming. The focus is to engage the inmates in a process that provides maximum opportunity for change in an workplace that is productive and supportive and in which they are treated in a respectful, fair and equitable manner.
