Join the National Research Council as an Emergency Management Analyst in a hybrid role. Support the development and execution of Emergency Response Plans and enhance preparedness initiatives. The NRC is seeking an Emergency Management Analyst for its Security Branch.
This analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, serve as a subject matter expert, and contribute to the training and communication of the NRC's Emergency Management Program. You will help create training content and campaigns to promote ongoing awareness of emergency procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Building Emergency Response Plans
- Provide advice on Emergency Management best practices
- Organize and deliver Emergency Management training sessions
- Create content and communication materials for awareness campaigns
- Foster relationships with NRC staff and partners Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or relevant education
- Basic experience in emergency management fields
- Knowledge of Public Safety requirements
- Ability to facilitate exercises and deliver training
- Must obtain Secret clearance and have lived in Canada for 10 years Utilize your skills in emergency management, training, and stakeholder engagement to advance the NRC's mission across Canada.
