Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a collaborative, well‑supported operations team, working with the VP of Operations to provide coaching and mentorship to the project team whilst also leading the full life cycle of their major projects

- o:Lead the delivery of complex construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring successful outcomes in schedule, budget, quality, and safet
- y.Partner with the VP of Operations to mentor and support Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and project teams while driving operational excellenc
- e.Develop and oversee project execution strategies, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource planning, and risk managemen
- t.Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholder
- s.Lead contract administration, negotiations, change management, and executive-level project reportin

- nt.Proven success managing large-scale Design-Build, Construction Management, and Stipulated Sum projects from pre-construction to completi
- on.Robust leadership experience with the ability to mentor project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneous
- ly.Advanced expertise in project financials, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engageme
- nt.Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; proficiency with Procore and MS Project, with PMP, Gold Seal, or similar certifications considered an ass
