This role will operate on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off on a project site in Northern BC.About the roleSupervise day-to-day earthworks activities, including bulk excavation, grading, haulage, and embankment works, in alignment with the approved construction planProvide strong leadership and commitment to health, safety and environmental standards, supporting a positive safety culture across site teams and subcontractorsManages scope, cost, and schedule for assigned earthworks packages, ensuring change management processes are applied and documentedOversee subcontractors and supplies, monitoring progress, quality and productivity, and escalating performance or resourcing issues as requiredWork closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure design deliverables, quantities and construction requirements are clearly understood and aligned with site executionTrack earthworks quantities, costs, and schedule performance, analyzing trends and supporting forecasting activitiesSupport interface management between earthworks, other construction disciplines,



and operational stakeholders to minimize disruption and reworkAbout youTertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline.Strong experience working on EPCM projects within mining, construction or relevant industrieswith a focus on earthworks deliveryProven experience coordinating earthworks scopes in brownfield environments, including shutdowns and tie-insExperience supporting the management of contracts and significant-value purchase orders from mobilization to completionSolid technical and practical understanding of earthworks construction methodologies, quantities, and sequencingWe're committed to a fair and human hiring process.
