AECOM is hiring a Senior Drinking Water Treatment Manager for our municipal team in the GTA. This role focuses on leadership, technical advocacy, and business development in water treatment.
Leading a team of skilled engineers, you will ensure effective project delivery while nurturing client relationships and exploring current market opportunities. Your leadership will foster an environment of technical excellence and innovation, while also managing compliance with the Ontario Safe Drinking Water Act. Collaborate with national teams to enhance our service offerings and grow AECOM's footprint in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide a team of engineers in innovative water project solutions
• Coordinate business development efforts and client engagement
• Oversee project execution from design to completion
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Represent AECOM at key industry events and conferences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in water treatment project management
• Valid P.Eng license in Ontario
• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary project execution
• Established relationships within the municipal water sector
