Reporting to the Director of Product Development, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative designs to life. Focused on parts integrity, you’ll ensure compliance with all standards while enhancing the overall product development process. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate initial design concepts
- Collaborate on geometry and material specifications
- Approve production drawings and tooling designs
- Engage with suppliers to meet production deadlines
- Provide technical recommendations for current molds Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum one year in an engineering capacity
- Familiarity with plastic part design a plus
- Proficient in CAD software, especially SolidWorks
