The Engineering

Manager will define technical scopes, oversee project execution, and promote continuous process improvements. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality standards in documentation and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the HyService Engineering organization
- Define and deliver technical scopes aligned with customer needs
- Estimate and execute engineering scopes in OTO and OTC phases




- Drive improvements in engineering processes and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 8–12 years of service engineering experience in a leadership role
- Proven ability to build and steer multi-disciplinary teams
- Solid skill in technical documentation and safety compliance
