Engineering Manager - Core Integrations the company is evolving into a platform where humans and AI agents work together, and Core Integrations is helping make that platform more connected, extensible, and enterprise-ready. This team builds the extensible foundations and developer-facing capabilities that help customers, partners, and developers ensure the company can meet their specific needs. We’re looking for a hands‑on, technically strong Engineering Manager who thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about developer experience, and can help a high‑performing team ship high‑quality products at the intersection of integrations, platform, and AI.

This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office‑centric hybrid schedule. The standard in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.

Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. Partner with product, design, professional services and UXR to translate customer pain points into a reliable technical MVP and a scalable architectural roadmap.

Use your curiosity and technical taste to maintain a high bar for quality and experience on the part of the team. 6+ years of relevant experience with leadership experience (either managing or a technical lead), and a demonstrated track record of growing engineers across levels.
