As the Clinical Educator, you will be accountable for the training and education of field staff within the district. You will have the competence to deliver training, education, and in- services for all business lines as outlined by the district education plan ensuring the delivery of protected, quality care and service. certification as a Community Health Nurse is an asset Working knowledge of applicable legislation including but not limited to the Mental Health Act, Substitute Decisions Act, Healthcare Consent Act, Privacy / Personal Health Information Act Competence in best practices and standards of care for palliative, wound care, intravenous therapy,



oncology and other specialties as relevant to the district needs Knowledge of applicable community resources available for clients and families Demonstrates commitment to professional development through involvement in committees, memberships, and associations relevant to home health care.
