From early-stage disruptors to 8-figure consumer brands, we manage millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. Our clients include mobile apps, SaaS platforms, eCommerce brands, and health startups.

The Role We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our growth team and close new monthly retainers in the $4K–$20K+ range.

What You’ll Do

Run discovery and sales calls with warm inbound leads (qualified via marketing, referrals, and the founder’s brand)

Close high-ticket retainers ($4K-$20K+ monthly)

Manage deals inside our CRM (Pipedrive) with strong follow-up and clear pipeline hygiene

Collaborate with the founder and performance team to improve pitch angles and value props

Help refine sales scripts, Loom flows, proposal decks, and objection-handling assets





Support hiring junior (BDR, SDR)

What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED:

A track record of closing multiple service retainers

REQUIRED:

Strong communication and discovery skills — especially with startup founders and CMOs

REQUIRED:

Comfortable working

independently

in a fast-paced, remote team

Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Pitch, Hubspot, Slack etc
