IPEX is seeking a results‑driven permanent, full‑time Distribution Centre Manager to lead warehouse and yard operations at the Ipex Winnipeg distribution centre. The focus is on ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, managing inventory and logistics, and developing a high‑performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily distribution operations in line with company standardsLead, coach, and develop team members; manage performance reviews and schedulingFoster a collaborative, customer‑focused team environmentTrack and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and service levelsIdentify and implement process improvementsReview productivity with team leads and support loss prevention initiativesMaintain operational reportsEnsure accurate inventory through regular counts and system reconciliationManage budgets, expenditures, and variance analysisPartner with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, carriers, customers) to support operationsHealth, Safety & CompliancePromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations and company standardsOversee employee training and adherence to programs (e.G., C‑TPAT)Coordinate facility and equipment maintenancePreferred QualificationsDiploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business,
