Join Ulalo as a Videographer in Mzuzu, Malawi, where your passion for environmental advocacy and filmmaking can thrive. This full time volunteer position focuses on creating resonant visual content for global audiences. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing Ulalo's communication strategy.
Your experience in videography will help produce high-impact videos and photo essays showcasing the organization’s contributions to sustainability. Collaborating with local staff, you'll ensure that all captured content respects cultural sensitivity and authenticity. Key Responsibilities:
- Film, edit, and produce impactful visual content
- Work with staff to secure filming locations ethically
- Build a professional digital library of images and videos
- Train local personnel in camera operation and editing
- Promote principles of gender equality in all productions Requirements:
- Degree in a communications-related discipline
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility and adaptability under challenging conditions
