Elevate member education with UPP as an Associate Director in downtown Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on developing impactful presentations and engagement initiatives for pension plan members.In this pivotal position, you will lead UPP's member education and engagement program, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pension-related communications. Engaging with various departments including Strategy & Communications, you’ll create and facilitate workshops, webinars, and retirement sessions tailored to diverse audiences. Building robust relationships with employers and stakeholders is essential for success in enhancing member engagement through continuous feedback and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver member education and engagement programs
- Serve as a primary facilitator for educational activities
- Present complex information in accessible language
- Build relationships with employers and employee representatives
- Monitor engagement metrics and program effectivenessRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree is an asset
- 8-10 years in pension administration or related field
- Strong understanding of pension regulations
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
