This role focuses on activities of daily living, promoting resident participation in recreational activities, and ensuring safety through exemplary care practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care as per resident care plans
- Document personal care delivered accurately
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
- Contribute to quality and risk management efforts
