Diaz Combat Sports (DCS) is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and confident leader to become the face of our evening operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll ensure our members have an exceptional experience while helping our team maintain the high standards DCS is known for.

One of your most important responsibilities will be welcoming prospective members, delivering an outstanding free trial experience, confidently presenting our membership options, and helping convert first-time visitors into members.

About Diaz Combat Sports In just 11 years, DCS has grown from a small 1,500 sq. ft. gym with only 20 members into a 15,000 sq. ft. facility across two buildings with over 1,500 members.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet every member and guest with enthusiasm
- Be the primary point of contact for prospective members and first-time visitors
- Ensure every prospective member receives an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
- Give facility tours and answer questions about our programs and memberships
- Confidently present membership options and assist in closing membership sales
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members
- Help convert prospective members into members




- Walk the facility regularly to ensure operations run smoothly
- Support and motivate instructors and front desk staff
- Ensure staff complete daily responsibilities and operational checklists
- Delegate tasks and maintain high operational standards throughout the evening
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility
- Handle member questions and concerns professionally
- Help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the DCS culture

Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and highly outgoing personality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Sales or customer service experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- Martial arts or fitness industry experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment

Job Type Full-time (30 hours/week) or Part time (20-30 hours/week)

Evening availability required.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
