Position Overview Waiward Construction Management Inc. is gearing up for a busy construction season, and we are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Underground Water and Sewer Division.

We are hiring for the following positions: Main Line Hoe Operators

Side Hoe Operators Wheel Loader Operators Key Responsibilities

Perform work related to underground water, sewer, and storm installations





Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfilling

Follow directions from Supervisors and Foreman

Maintain a strong commitment to job site safety and company procedures

Work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in Water and Sewer construction

Ability to work in trenches and outdoor environments in various weather conditions

Knowledge of safe work procedures, including trench safety

Relevant tickets are considered an asset: Ground Disturbance Level II

Confined Space

First Aid

Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends as required
