Zurich Canada is seeking an Executive Assistant to support members of the Senior Management team and help drive our strategic priorities. In this role, you will provide high‑level administrative support and contribute to the success of your designated area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver confidential and high‑quality administrative support to Senior Management.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Welcome and direct internal and external stakeholders.
- Answer and screen phone calls, manage simple email responses, and support clear communication for leadership.
- Compose routine and non‑routine correspondence based on notes or instructions.
- Process incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the right people promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business activities.
- Manage office supplies and organize travel logistics using Zurich’s internal procurement tools.
- Prepare expense reports and handle payments for business expenses.
- Uphold compliance with legal and regulatory standards in daily operations.
- Access, process, and analyze data to support business decision‑making.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance business processes.




- Provide general clerical support and assist staff in processing transactions to meet service standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities for employees.
- Deliver reception and office support, creating an inviting workplace for visitors and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Required:
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and at least 3 years of experience in the administrative area; OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in the administrative area.
- Experience in planning, organizing and scheduling work.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

- Preferred:

- Robust project management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION

Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 (Canada). Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
