Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of hot and cold dishes to guests
- Follow recipes accurately while demonstrating creativity in meal presentation when appropriate




- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies
- Uphold all food safety regulations, including proper storage, sanitation practices, and allergen awareness

Experience

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food service role within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and customer service excellence
- Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is highly desirable
