Responsibilities
- Operate various cleaning equipment, to thoroughly clean carpets and upholstery
- Use commercial cleaning solutions and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets
- Prepare work areas by moving furniture and securing the site for efficient cleaning operations
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment and ensuring safety standards are met
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the job
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments on time while maintaining high-quality standards
- Lift heavy equipment safely during the cleaning process and adhere to proper safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, preferably with carpet or upholstery cleaning
- Familiarity with cleaning machinery used in professional environments
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday
