- Oversee the trades group for equipment rebuilds
- Review technician output for quality standards
- Monitor inventory and stock levels for repairs
- Document all maintenance work performed
- Identify opportunities for maintenance improvements Requirements:
- 5 years of supervisory or planning experience
- Mechanical background preferred (RSE, C. Tech, or C.E.T.)
- Competency with CMMS (SAP)
- Robust communication and management skills
