Your Role:

As the face of Specsavers, you'll be crucial in showcasing our commitment to quality and affordable eyecare. You will guide customers through our selection of stylish frames and support those trying contact lenses for the first time, ensuring an exceptional experience for all.

In addition to customer service, you’ll help maintain accurate records, assist with general administrative duties, and contribute to keeping the store clean and welcoming. You’ll also be involved in staff meetings and training sessions, with occasional participation in off-site events when required.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re all about people, and so are you! While no prior optical experience is required, we’re seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn. Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, as it helps us better serve our diverse community. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to become a Specsavers eyecare consultant while helping you develop a wide range of career skills.

- A friendly, outgoing attitude with a knack for offering eyewear suggestions and styling advice
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele
- Willingness to assist with store administration, cleanliness, and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
- Openness to working at off-site events occasionally, if required

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Experience:
