Job Description

The incumbent is a quality specialist who provides support to the business on digital platforms. Responsibilities include performing user acceptance tests (UAT), participating in development activities, following up on development requests for websites, bots, and mobile applications, filtering and analyzing anomalies reported by employees or end users and ensuring follow‑up until resolution.

- Ensure the quality of the various web solutions developed;
- Define the user‑testing plans for projects and evolutions;
- Manually execute functional and integrated test scripts;
- Monitor the digital platforms to identify/document anomalies, request corrections or evolutions and follow up;
- Filter, process and analyze at a high level anomalies reported by collaborators and/or end‑users, assist in the resolution of submitted situations, elevate to the appropriate teams and ensure follow‑up;
- Approve the release of a deliverable in terms of quality and performance;
- Participate in the evaluation of the testing effort for projects and web developments;




- Participate in the post‑mortem of deliverables;
- Participate in the documentation of the team's operating procedures;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing UAT processes.

Qualifications

- College degree in computer science;
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in e‑commerce;
- Knowledge of internet platforms based transactional websites;
- Knowledge of testing tools (example: Quality Center, Visual Studio Online, JIRA (an asset));
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict time frames;
- Excellent priority management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal expression;
- Ability to acquire new skills quickly;
- Oral and written fluency in French and English *

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
